To be fair, many on this site have referenced the rivalry effect as reason the game is a toss up each year.6-4, 66-23, those are all just numbers. Completely irrelevant.
That group of posters is so delusional...
Is acknowledge the rivalry aspect. I know the current students certainly do. I just don't think the game is ever 50/50. CU should win this game 70% of the time.CU fans who do not acknowledge the rivalry aspect are the delusional ones.
Especially this year. We seriously need to stomp these guys.Is acknowledge the rivalry aspect. I know the current students certainly do. I just don't think the game is ever 50/50. CU should win this game 80% of the time.
Many CU fans who don't believe it's a rivalry are also delusional, but for other reasons.CU fans who do not acknowledge the rivalry aspect are the delusional ones.
Is it the same as the Nebraska/CU "rivalry"? We seem to call it a rivalry but do they?CU fans who do not acknowledge the rivalry aspect are the delusional ones.
They didn't back then. But a lot of them sure seem to miss the "rivalry" now.Is it the same as the Nebraska/CU "rivalry"? We seem to call it a rivalry but do they?
Not sure of the exact numbers but the series record may may be more lopsided in favor of Nebraska than what CU vs CSU isThey didn't back then. But a lot of them sure seem to miss the "rivalry" now.
So your premise is that CSU should try to run the ball?
K.
PAHIs posts here have been very entertaining. Thanks for that
CSU WILL run the ball alot. Their whole offense is based on the power run and they will likely be good at it. That being said I think our DL is better. You're welcome. Glad to entertain. I hope Bobo TRIES to run the ball a lot, so I can see my concept get tested. CSU is my cage of lab rats...
It's not your concept. CSU runs the ball. That idea is not ground breaking. You're welcome. Glad to entertain. I hope Bobo TRIES to run the ball a lot, so I can see my concept get tested. CSU is my cage of lab rats...

Does anyone have a way to reach the game from last year?
If I were a D coach, I'd be using the tape to string every missed tackle and then putting up a running total of yards after contact. I bet fifty percent of CSU's yardage Is after initial contact.so.many.missed.tackles.behind.the.line.

But I think it will work well enough to keep the game close.
CU currently wins this game about 66% of the time. I think it should be closer to 80% (which it is when the game isn't the first game of the year)
