Shedeur Sanders - 2023-25 Tracking History Thread

I’m concerned this may have legs beyond SS and this draft. HCPrime’s main talking points revolve around how he can get players to the next level, his understanding of the next level, his connections at the next level, and that he runs his program like a pro program….

This happening to his son is personal on every level.

I’m wondering if this carries over, if any other Buffs get drafted, our recruiting and keeping players from going into the portal.

There’s some really weird ***** going on: SS is going to be the “Best Available” on every board for 4-6 full rounds and might not even be drafted, at all.

That’s personal and crazy.

Yep, Neuheisel is definitely lying. Probably Todd McShay, too.

"McShay says here that NYG sent Shedeur a binder to prepare for their private workout and he didn’t do the homework. One thing about Bo Nix that blew Sean Payton away was when he sent Bo the binder, when they met for the workout in the morning, he had it all down perfectly."

That is my worry too. CP getting you to the NFL will be hard to sell after this.

Just pointing out you will believe anything from a piece of **** if it reinforces what you want to be true
 
Only teams that will take him are teams with established, high level starters. That means late late rounds. Who has the last pick?

I have no doubt that this will be used against Prime in negative recruiting battles.

"Can't even get his own son drafted" is an easy one liner for opposing coaches to spit out to recruits.

At this point it has to be the above. Its the most important job on the team and you decide to show up to the interview unprepared and possibly acting as though you are not serious? Is he going to take calls during practice or meetings with coaches? Will he learn the playbook? Study film?

Were offering you millions of dollars in exchange for a good interview thats mostly just checking the last few boxes.

Wow if this turns out to be true. It’ll come out eventually.

DO YOU HONESTLY THINK HCP WOULD LET SS2 ACT LIKE PEOPLE ARE SAYING AND BLOW OFF INTERVIEWS?
DID HE JUST SUDDENLY CHANGE HIS PERSONALITY AND STYLE OF PARENTING RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT?

Wow.

I've been saying the bad interviews narrative didn't jibe because SS would've had all the resources.... But, holy hell, I would think an agent is the first resource to be secured by someone trying to get drafted. WTAF?

SS doesnt have an agent other than dad

Mistakes were made. It’s a shame because The kid is a talent.

To be fair, there’s pretty much nothing but negative stories coming out from the pre draft process.

Even Shedeurs defenders aren’t exactly coming out with stories about how well prepared he was and handled the process.

At some point, when a large number of people have heard negative rumblings, you kind of have to think there’s truth to it.
