This just seems like a witch hunt involving a couple moles inside UM academia and hierarchy. Someone out there wants to stick Harbaugh bad. Everybody in college football is cheating somehow. EVERYBODY. Especially the SEC.

Starting to think that you can't be in the B1G if you aren't slimy.

A different kind of slimy than the old SWC but just lacking in morals.

Somehow it seems like USC, UCLA, and Oregon are going to fit right in.

Article reminds us that this isn't just live scouting to steal signs.

FBI is on campus. They don't usually get involved unless they believe they are going to find something.

If as speculated Michigan is looking at practice film from another schools server that becomes a federal case.
League can't help them on that one.

You went from "rumor has it.." to "..they will protect a pedophile..." to "apparently, there is nothing these people won't do" really fast and without apparent justification past 'rumor'

This is a multi year, on-field cheating scandal that affected outcomes of games, for both Michigan and potentially future Michigan opponents they weren't even playing. This is as bad as it gets if they are able to provide the requisite evidence. Of course this is a University President matter.
