2013-14 CU MBB SOS Watch (OOC & Pac-12 Opponents)

Saturday, 12/21, games we care about:

10am- Kansas hosts Georgetown (ESPN)
11am- WBB #11 COLORADO at #7 Louisville

12pm- Georgia hosts W Carolina (ESPN3)
2pm- Harvard hosts Vermont
3:30pm- Air Force at UC Davis
4:30pm- Arizona State hosts Texas Tech (PACN)
5pm- Arkansas State at Marshall
5:30pm- UCSB plays W Illinois in Utah
6:30pm- Washington State hosts UTEP (PACN)
6:30pm- Stanford plays Michigan in Brooklyn (this has to be on tv, but ESPN not saying so [Edit: FS1])
8:30pm- Oregon hosts BYU (PACN)

This should get us all warmed up for...

9:30pm- #20 COLORADO plays #7 Oklahoma State in Las Vegas (ESPN2)

UCSB couldn't close out Utah State in regulation and lost in OT.

UCSB already played Utah State in November and lost a close one then too. No shame in an OT road loss at USU, but that's definitely a missed opportunity. Looking at conference play, UCSB should win the Big West this year and Dance.

Wyoming needed a win tonight. A chance for a nice OOC win that got away. They may regret this down the road.

Don't trust Air Force on the road.

Need Wazzu to beat UTEP at home.

Oregon will need to be careful against BYU. Cougs don't play a lick of defense but they are very capable of going for 90 or even 100. Very potent offense.

Be nice if Arkansas State could get the win at Marshall.

Stanford - Michigan is on FS1.

Thanks, L Buff. I think FS1 is the one network that ESPN isn't willing to list on its scoreboard. That's 3 times I've specifically seen that omission this year.

I'll go edit that in.

Kansas makes a statement against Georgetown. 86-64 final (and it wasn't that close).

Harvard beat Vermont, 74-68.

UT Martin is up 45-44 on SE Louisiana at the half.

AFA is up 26-20 at 7:28 of the 1st.

UT Martin fell to SE Louisiana. Had a lead by a couple points late, but lost 76-80. Damn.

AFA down 8 with 4 minutes left.

AFA loses.

ASU up on TTU by 9 at the half.

Arkansas State up 4 at 9:19 in the first half at Marshall.

ASU goes to 10-2 with a solid win against Texas Tech.

Arkansas State up 15 with under 10 to go.

UCSB down 5 at the half.

Arkansas State had a 16 pt lead at the half... then tried to give me a heart attack as they barely held off Marshall, 83-82.

UCSB up 49-45 with 6:01 left.

If Cook can make one FT, Oregon wins and back to ESPN2 with no channel surfing. OT in Oregon.

Oregon beats BYU in OT, 100-96.
