Ya think if Tucker was still here they would be too? You are an idiot. Quit the sunshine pumping. There's a dark storm over the program right now.The top 3 recruits from the 2020 class have left the program. The 2020 class is not turning out to be great recruiting class. 6 players have already transfered. Need to review the rankings to see if McIntyre recruited better. Will see if KD classes turn out to be the best in 3 years.
Flatirons not doing their job.CU offers more than football. There is no dark storm. Pump the sunshine grumpy old man
And other schools offer good football with a commitment to winningCU offers more than football. There is no dark storm. Pump the sunshine grumpy old man
So we needed to hit the portal until we lost a player to it and now Congress needs to get involved? This sh!t is exhaustingIf the NCAA don't make changes. Congress may have to get involved down the line. The current approach is so anti competition. Not sustainable.
Not surprised. The coach and staff they signed with left a month later. Then many of them saw an additional change to their coach since then. It's a bit much, especially when you go 4-8.The top 3 recruits from the 2020 class have left the program. At the end of the day, no one wants to remain with a losing program that has little hope of turning things around anytime soon. Especially when you have the talent to go elsewhere and compete for national titles. True for both coaches and players. Not surprised. The coach and staff they signed with left a month later. By the tone of this post, you seem to be holding on to the belief that the NCAA has any authority over anybody. I’d be genuinely interested in knowing what kind of changes you think the NCAA can make. Congress has better things to concern themselves with, and it’s not like the elected officials from Texas, Florida, Michigan, Ohio and even California will be motivated to make any changes. The reps from other states don’t care. Getting the government involved would only make a bad problem worse. If the NCAA don't make changes. Congress may have to get involved down the line. Yeah we all know what cu offers, but this is the football forum in which we discuss football. We've had one and a half winning seasons in 15 years. Thus you must understand why people are a bit "grumpy" with how things are going.CU offers more than football. There is no dark storm. Pump the sunshine grumpy old man
You're not fed up with CFB, you are fed up with CU Football (thank God we have Tad)!Let’s just allow in-season transfers and get the death of CFB over with already.
Well that 1 hurts. Losing NFL talent is obviously the worst thing that could happen. At least the young corners showed they can play. Maybe not at Gonzo level but minimum P5 level.Gonzo in Portal
I'm don't know if there are rules against it or not. It doesn't matter anyways:Whats the rules with coaches contacting players from other teams? Saban can’t just call our players right? So then imo Martin shouldn’t be able to talk to our guys about his move. Assuming that’s where gonzo is going. Guaranteed they talked before coach announced his move.
Those are called “jobs”. I was on a music scholarship and was allowed to do gigs for money. NIL is just making it now so kids on athletic scholarships can do what every other student can.I'm waiting to see the first NIL for a tuba player, ya know some people do enjoy the half time show and lugging that thing around is pretty athletic to me.
Seriously Ralphie's handlers should be able to NIL.
Assuming those gigs had no reference to CU...albeit I'd love to see a big Ralphie on a Pearl bass or Fender. Those are called “jobs”. I was on a music scholarship and was allowed to do gigs for money. NIL is just making it now so kids on athletic scholarships can do what every other student can.
