7. Incentive Salary Related to Competitive Success. In addition to the Incentive Salary described in paragraph 6 above and so long as he is employed in the position of Head Football Coach under the terms of this Agreement, Sanders shall be eligible for the following incentive salary related to the competitive success of the Football Program (“Incentive Salary Related to Competitive Success”):

a) $150,000 if the Football team wins six games in the regular season.
b) $100,000 for each additional win after six wins in the regular season.
c) $150,000 if the Football Team is invited to a non-New Years’ Day bowl game.
d) $200,000 if the Football Team is invited to a New Years’ Day Six bowl game.
e) $450,000 if the Football Team is invited to a College Football Playoff Bowl game.
f) $750,000 if the Football Teams wins the National Championship.
g) $75,000 if the Football Team plays in the Pac-12 Championship game.
h) $150,000 if the Football Team wins the Pac-12 Championship.
i) $75,000 if Sanders is selected Pac-12 Coach of the Year.
j) $150,000 if Sanders is selected National Coach of the Year.

The amounts of Incentive Salary Related to Competitive Success awarded under subparagraphs a) – j) of this Paragraph 7 shall be cumulative. The Incentive Salary described in this Paragraph 7 shall accrue when earned. The total amount of Incentive Salary Related to Competitive Success earned under this paragraph for a Football Program season shall be due and payable in a lump sum within 30 days after the conclusion of the post season or tournaments. Any Incentive Salary Related to Competitive Success due under this paragraph in the final Contract Year shall be due and payable in a lump sum within 30 days after the end of the term of the Agreement. Sanders shall be due only such Incentive Salary Related to Competitive Success as has been earned by the end of the term of this Agreement. Reference to the Pac-12 Championship or Pac-12 Coach of the Year award includes awards earned in any successor conference for which the University is a member.

So he has earned $250,000 in bonus so far and will earn another $300,000 if we win out, plus another $75,000 for playing in the B12 Championship game, another $150,000 for winning the championship, which would trigger the $450,000 for getting to the CFP. So $1.225mil in bonuses possible (won't count winning the CFP).

Worth every single penny

An important element to consider is the bonds of kinship that Prime develops with his players. With Shedeur, Shilo, Travis, and Jimmy leaving it will be interesting to see who Prime takes under his wing. Who do you all see as the next kin of Prime?
Mata

I have been away for a few weeks and I obviously have heard a lot of media speculation that Prime is wanted in many places... Florida State, Las Vegas Raiders, Dallas Cowboys....

What would be telling to me, and make me a lot calmer... is knowing what CP is doing as far as recruiting.

Is CP really going after recruits and possible portal players? If he is, then I would think he is staying.

I don't buy the "CP is going with Shedeur" business because he has another son also that will be drafted.

I really believe CP that he doesn't want to coach in the NFL. I do worry about a possible opening in Florida.

Is their a thread dedicated to this?

Have you looked in the recruiting forum?

No, you are the first one to wonder about this.
