Gotta say, the Shutdown Fullcast had a caller today who made a damn good point that made me re-analyze if I want Urban to go to Nebraska. He pointed out that Urban is wound WAY too tightly, and Nebraska is full of people who have unrealistic expectations, so this may be the job that literally kills him.
