Shortly after, Scott Hastings claims to have a legit source in the AD (this is the first I've ever heard him mention it...) that has told him Deion is the guy. It's a done deal without being a signed deal...
This is going to be a disaster PR wise if CU screws this up.

Hastings also hearing the salary would be around $8M and that the Big10 is vetting CU and Utah... That bit seems far-fetched to me but hey, I'll take good news where I can get it.
