What I pointed out, was that haters would view frequent poses as arrogant. TH very clearly backed off the poses in the final game. Others told had told him the same thing (you can't provide another explanation). You don't give the enemy ammunition. Why do you think the vote was so close.?

Sadly, that's probably something he's just going to get used to, especially if he goes to New England as the #2 pick in the draft. People are going to go all in on hating him.

Yeah, there's some ****ed up **** going on right now. Even non-football people are trying to pile on. Neither of them should have said a word after that Oklahoma State post game sequence.

After that game, the ABC TV broadcast had their camera fixed on Travis who was getting his girlfriend from the stands and she denied his attempt to kiss her. The camera stayed on them and caught them "arguing" about something.
It was completely benign and should have been a nothingburger, but of course it all escalated on social media, to which both Travis and his girlfriend went on separate and joint social media tours responding to all the things being said, which only made the internet go after them harder. On top of that, cameras at the Heisman ceremony caught Prime having to tell her to stand up when they announced Travis as the winner, again giving the internet something else to bully them about.
It has now gotten to a point where mentally ill individuals on social media dug up some old videos of her being pretty touchy feely with someone in a music video or whatever, supposedly while she and Travis were together. People have also dug up an Only Fans account that she supposedly used to run as well.
Social media continues to be dominated by a cesspool of the lowest common denominator.
