Who was the kid we should have had an extra year but Hawkins blew his redshirt? He's in my what could have been QB category with folks like Austin Hinder.

If Dan HaLkins had not had a son, would he have been mildly successful at Colorado? So many of his failures are tied to what he did for Cody, who was a good buffHansen.
But the best move of that era was when the walkon killed it in the Spring Game and looked like he should be the starter so they changed his position, this 6'5" athletic "Safety" transferred, and after a few years at UNC, Seth Lobato had performed well enough to get a cup of coffee as a QB in the NFL. Good times.
Maybe? I thought the bigger issue was that he didn't emphasize TX recruiting and we lost all momentum there when Grimes left. We needed that edge in the Pac-12 because there was no way we were positioned to get over on the other 11 by beating them at recruiting the west coast. If Dan HaLkins had not had a son, would he have been mildly successful at Colorado? Oh wow, the comments say he is Kevin Byard’s brother. If he is close to as good as his brother this would be an awesome addition.

The thing about the Hawkins years is...for as bad as it was, we were in position to go bowling nearly every year, but somehow ****ed up 1 or 2 games each of those seasons that kept us out.Maybe? I'll never forgive 58-0 to Mizzou, though.
I wish the team still followed Ralphie out onto the field.
I never even thought of that. Could very well be the reason for it.TBH, the team could well pass Ember on their way out of the tunnel. It's safer this way.
Who is Ember?TBH, the team could well pass Ember on their way out of the tunnel. It's safer this way.
Ralphie VIWho is Ember?
I thought there was a tradition of giving the Ralphies alcohol related names. Did I make that up?Ralphie VI
I always thought BLew would have been good in a dual threat role. Karlito tried to make him a pocket passer and it was not the best offense for him. He put up great numbers at Nevada in a more balanced offense. He was around 67% completion rate and over ypa. with over 2200 yds passing and was their leading rusher to boot.

Next one should be named Boozer the BoozarianI don't think that's the case. There's been Moonshine and Tequila, and I suppose you could make an argument for Blackout, but there's also been Rowdy and of course the original two, who were just called Ralphie.
Made his top 10 out of HS

We need him to gain 40 lbs of muscle
Biggest question is can he be back on the field and playing at a high level by the start of the season? Didn’t he blow out his ACL in the game against us?Unless I missed the post, this guy is #1 on my list for non trench players. Baller.
He did yeah. Hopefully he can get back healthy by fall.Biggest question is can he be back on the field and playing at a high level by the start of the season? Didn’t he blow out his ACL in the game against us?
