This staff has a high ceiling if the vets are willing to recruit. If they are willing to work it, and Chev gets the help he needs as OC, sky's the limit.
If they rest on NFL laurels like Jeffcoat did, problems ahead. FWIW, EB disappointed as a recruiter the last time thru. Thought he'd be a top 5 in the country type. Chev blows him away. NFL syndrome?
I'm confident the younger guys will do well in that area. So hopefully, a good mix of young and experienced.

You know there’s an edit function, right? This isn’t lamb nation.
A few question marks with Coach Rod and Chev as OC, but I'm optimistic Chev will have proper guidance this time around and will not have carte blanche authority as OC and playcaller, and Dorrell has to love something about Rod to hire him, so I'm trusting him on that for now. Embree is an unknown, but I think he's going to be a stud recruiter.
